Not long ago, the main focus of Customer Success Management (CSM) was to take care of existing customer relationships.

The goal was to make sure customers had a smooth experience and were using the product in the most effective manner.

However, it's clear that customer success is changing.

Many people working in customer success are observing a major shift, moving the Customer Success role more towards a sales-oriented approach.
