Cerebras Systems announced a $1.1B Series G at an $8.1B valuation on September 30, 2025.
The round was led by Fidelity and Atreides with Tiger Global, Valor Equity Partners, 1789 Capital, and others joining. The company says the cash will grow its U.S. manufacturing and data center capacity and speed up new AI chips and supercomputers.
