Salesforce Will Let You Work Remote. Harvey Will Not.
Right now, Salesforce has 56 open Customer Success roles on the TopCSJobs board. Remote and hybrid.
Harvey has 14. Onsite. Heidi, 10. Onsite. Anthropic, 9. Onsite.
If you filter for remote only, Harvey, Heidi and Anthropic vanish from your search.
The Pattern
Of the 30 companies hiring CS hardest on our board right now, 21 list onsite only.
Across all 552 open roles we track, 366 are onsite. Two thirds.
The ones offering remote are mostly names you already know. Salesforce. Samsara. Vanta. Adobe. ServiceNow. Motorola. Thomson Reuters. Datadog.
The ones that want you at a desk include Harvey. Heidi. Anthropic. Notion. Stripe. Pylon. Synthesia.
Many established names sit there too. MongoDB. Veeva. Intercom. HPE.
Most people carry the opposite story. Startups flexible, enterprise rigid.
The startup half of that does not hold.
Of the 552 roles live on our board, 10 are junior. Two percent.
Why It Matters To Your Search
If you filter on remote first, you skip most of the companies actually hiring.
That is the whole point. Remote is not gone. It is concentrated in fewer companies, and most of them are names you already know.
Worth knowing before you spend another month on a filtered list.
How To Read This
We track companies we think are worth watching, so read this as a signal about notable employers rather than a map of the whole market.
The tags are how each company labels its own roles, and the same job gets tagged differently at different companies.
Many onsite roles negotiate to hybrid once you are in the loop.
Treat it as the posture they advertise.
One More Thing In The List
Harvey, Heidi, Anthropic, Synthesia, Pylon, Nooks, Laurel.
All hiring CS right now.
Two months ago I wrote that 882 tech jobs were disappearing per day and CS was next. The companies building AI are staffing Customer Success while they do it.
What they pay and screen for is in the AI Customer Success Jobs guide.
Counts move daily. Harvey was 16 yesterday. See who is hiring today on the board.
The companies hiring Customer Success hardest want you onsite. The ones that will let you work remote are the ones you already knew about.
