It’s a simple, living document where you record business impact every week.

When roles are scarce, numbers beat narratives.


Use This 5-Column Layout

Account | Outcome | ARR Impact ($) | Proof | Date / Owner

  • Counts as an “Outcome”: renewal saved, expansion closed, churn prevented, time-to-value shortened, adoption turnaround, executive alignment rebuilt.

  • Minimum bar: 5 outcomes/month.

These aren’t tasks but business results.


Tell Revenue Stories Without Rambling

Use a simple story spine in interviews: CRR (high-level only here).

  • (C)ontext: what was happening

  • (R)evenue risk/opportunity: the money at stake

  • (R)esult: the outcome with dollars or hard metrics

Every Friday, add 2–3 lines:

  • What moved?

  • Dollar impact?

  • What proof do you have?
