Nexos.ai closed a €30M Series A led by Evantic Capital with participation from Index Ventures and others.

The company, started by the founders of Nord Security, is building a secure way for enterprises to use many AI models with one control layer. That includes an AI Workspace for staff and an AI Gateway for developers.

The goal: safe use, lower cost, and clear oversight. (Source: Nexos Blog)

Why This Move Matters For Customer Success

Shadow AI puts accounts at risk and slows value. A governed workspace and a single gateway help CS teams:

  • Protect data and trust. Role‑based access, guardrails, and logging keep work safe.

  • Speed time‑to‑value. Fewer incidents mean faster wins.

  • Prove ROI. Central routing and traces show what works and what to stop.

  • Control spend. Caching and model choice prevent cost spikes.

For a simple operating model that matches customer tiers to the right experience, see The AX Operating System: Rubrics, Templates, Cadences.

If billing is a pain point, the plan in Kill Billing Friction, Protect Renewals pairs usage with payments to cut disputes.
